Condition matters more with vintage
Older cards were played with, traded and kept in shoeboxes. Whitening on the back edges, light surface scratches and soft corners are normal. We describe each card using the standard condition scale and photograph any flaws we find.
First edition, shadowless and unlimited
Early English printings come in several versions that look similar but differ in value. Our guide to vintage printings explains how to tell them apart.
